KMG Barlau LLP recently hosted an information seminar dedicated to the upcoming national referendum on the adoption of the new Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, scheduled for 15 March.

The initiative to hold the seminar came from the Company’s General Director, Mr. Samat Bukanov. The session was delivered by the Head of the Legal Division, Senior Lawyer Mr. Almat Issenov, who presented the key provisions of the draft Constitution, outlined the proposed amendments, and explained the voting procedure.

The meeting was conducted in an open discussion format, allowing employees to raise questions and exchange views.
